自1948年成立以來，AIESEC已累積了65年的經驗，致力於將全球具有潛力的青年人，培養成具有國際視野且負責任的領導者。
AIESEC的願景為「和平與發展人類潛能」。
AIESEC是全世界最大、由大學生及青年獨立運作的非營利國際組織，遍佈超過124個國家與區域，以及擁有超過86,000名會員。透過提供四大 體驗式領導培育計畫，分別為海外實習計畫、海外成長計畫、團隊學習計畫以及團隊領導計畫，交換各國青年促進不同文化、不同種族、不同經濟體系間的深度交 流，培養青年人領導力、國際觀以及跨文化的團隊工作能力，減少誤解帶來的衝突，並且培育這些有國際觀的青年成為未來領導者，進一步促進全球的和平、經濟進 步和社會發展。
我們的體驗式領導培育使年輕人透過不同的經驗探索、發展自我的領導潛能，主要的目的是善用AIESEC台灣所提供的各種經驗培養年輕人的五種特質： 「多元思」、「企業家精神」、「社會責任」、「情緒管理」、「主動學習」，我們相信透過發展這五種特質，年輕人可以成為創造正向改變的種子。
